Let’s talk Valentine’s decor shall we?
I love any excuse to decorate the house, therefore just about every holiday takes the decor center stage here!
For me though, the traditional red & pink just doesn’t trip my trigger. I do however, love a more neutral Valentine decor with a little pop of red.
I spent some time perusing Pinterest for ideas to incorporate. So grab a cup of joe and let’s get started…..
First up, is this Anthropology Inspired XOXO pillow from cityfarmhouse.com
Take a look at this pillow will ya created by City Farm House? I Love it and it’s super easy. Check out the link above for her step by step instructions. The best part is you don’t have to be a wizard on the sewing machine….and that I love!
Here’s another adorable accent pillow…
……..presented by Craftberrybush.com. I love me anything that is Italian, French or Old Word inspired and this pillow fits the bill. This too, is easy to do and the look is fabulous.
Next up is this really cute garland by Glorious Treats.
I think it’s simple, neutral with that little pop of red. It’s not over the top, but just enough to add some Valentine to your decor. Directions are in the link provided.
And last but not least, is my Hobby Lobby inspired, pallet sign, created by me.
This was so easy to create and probably one of my favorite projects.
Step by step instructions for this will be up on the blog following our DIY party.
Here are just a few items I found, that are easy enough to do, and add that Valentines touch to your home decor.
I hope these ideas will inspire you to decorate your home for Valentines Day!
Have a great weekend and make something beautiful!
