Hi there lovelies!
How’s your week been? Mine has been a tad bit crazy with doctor appts. for our little dude and myself. I’m thankful it’s Friday!
I wanted to share with you this week’s finds, that I was able to squeeze in between all those appointments, as well as some Easter decor.
Let’s talk about the shopping goodies first.
While in Louisville, I stopped in at their TJMaxx.
I found this simple, yet perfect white quilt on sale for $49.99.
The weather is slowly warming up a bit around here and
the heavy comforter on our bed is too much now.
It just looks so crisp and clean and reminds me of Spring. I normally would never buy anything white….it wouldn’t remain white for long in this house, but I couldn’t resist.
The next little treasure I found at TJMaxx was this extra long curtain rod. It was in the clearance for $16.00. It was missing the brackets. I remembered seeing brackets for sale by themselves at Lowes and figured I could pick some up there, so I snatched the rod right up.
The brackets cost $4.97 ea., plus our military discount, so I paid somewhere around $18.00 for 4 brackets. Not too bad of deal!
Unfortunately, that’s it for the Friday finds!
But let’s take a look at a few of my Easter decorations.
I made this little arrangement a few years back, but added the tall yellow floral stems this year.
This is my ultimate favorite piece of Easter decor. I found this at Hobby Lobby about 8 years ago, and I’ve never seen one there since. I’m so glad I bought it when I did.
I simply added some fake eggs to a glass jar then stuck a greenery bush in the middle.
This little vignette sets in our cozy coffee nook area, ready to greet those that enter through our side porch.
I love this bunny! He was in the clearance section at Hancock Fabric store this past summer, and I scored him for about $5.00, regularly $50.00. He was a real, steal of a deal!
I filled this glass bowl with these greenery balls. These are a great way to add some greenery and a pop of color for a few dollars.
My little bistro table always boasts fresh (faux) pastries, fruit and something sweet from the season, such as these candle cupcakes from Kohls.
Well that’s a wrap! I hope you enjoyed the Easter decor.
Have a blessed weekend!
