Hello and Welcome to our first week of weekly menus based on our new Pinterest board “Weekly Menus”.
We have had a great reaction to creating this board. Within one week we have over 130 followers, which in my book is pretty awesome….I’ll take it! 🙂
These posts will be short and simple showcasing 5-6 dinner meal ideas, derived directly from the Pinterest board. Eventually, I would like to create a shopping list from these menus, so that all the ingredients are in one place making shopping and prep super easy.
Each week on Monday, you will find menu suggestions to help you with your weekly meal planning, and the best part? It will always be FREE! I don’t know about you, but if I don’t have some type of menu plan, our eating choices are horrible. We’re more likely to eat out, blow the financial budget, eat later than desired or just grab anything and that usually ends up not being very heathy at all. Please feel free to share these posts and invite a friend to follow along as well. You don’t have to cook the exact meal for the days I have listed..switch up the days and make whatever you want based on your time and tastes for the day.
So without further ado…here ya go..
Monday: Beef Noodle Stir-fry, Fried Rice, Egg Rolls
Tuesday: Taco Salad Lettuce Boats, Pinto Beans
Wednesday: Honey Siracha Chicken, White Rice
Thursday: Mexican Corn Cobb Salad (using leftover Honey Siracha Chicken)
Friday: BLT Wraps, Watermelon, Chips
Saturday: Italian Herb Meatballs, Pasta, Garlic Bread
Sunday: GO! (Go out to dinner)
